While utilizing state of the art testing equipment our agent from Middleton Trust can come to your home or facility and provide testing of authenticity for nearly every US minted coin, gold or silver medallions, as well as precious metal bars.
Our Range of Service is within a 40 mile radius. Beyond that additional travel fees may apply.
Authentication Services will apply to the first 100 pieces for a flat fee of $125. Service needs beyond this amount will be pre-negotiated prior to arrival.

Armed and Bonded Precious Metals Transit Service
This is a service that Middleton Trust Company determined was an unserviced sector of this industry. The underlying question was who can I trust to deliver my valuables from one zip code to another without the worry of theft or uninsured mishaps. Our transport agents provide a secured custodial transit service that is backed by a $1,000,000 indemnity bond, errors and omissions insurance as well as armed accompaniment for your valuables. Our door to door service starts with a meticulous inventory of your materials, a boxing process, tamper proof security tape or wire that is numbered and photographed prior to departure so you can rest assured your inventory is not compromised or tampered with in the process.
Fee Schedule is as follows:
All metals and coins up to $100,000 in value will cover a one way 100 mile transport radius for a flat fee of $1,000
Cargo of $100,000 or less exceeding the 100 mile radius will be negotiated prior to commitment.
Valuables exceeding $100,000 up to $500,000 will cover a one way 250 transport radius for a total cost of $2,500
All transport needs exceeding $500,000 servicing the Eastern Half of the United States will be fee scheduled and prenegotiated on a 1-2% total transport value basis.
Additional fees may apply for unusual circumstances such as inclement weather, rushed deadlines or dangerous conditions.

Estate Settlement Appraisals
This service is typically offered for valuing goods during probate in order to determine distribution amongst heirs or determining taxability of such goods. The appraisal report will be furnished to the paying party.

Buying and Selling of Coins and Precious Metals
As a licensed dealer Middleton Trust Company does offer the service of buying and selling precious metals and coins to and from both collectors and stackers. MTC will pay some of the most competitive prices for your material door to door without you ever leaving your home. MTC also sells PM’s and coins typically much lower than any online retail precious metals dealer. Please call us first before you buy elsewhere, you will get more metals for your dollar.

First Time buyer portfolio consulting
If you are relatively inexperienced in the precious metals market and coin acquisition world one of our knowledgeable agents will be glad to help you customize your specific precious metals purchasing strategy. This service is offered complimentary to any customer who purchases any amount of metals from MTC. All others will incur a $50 fee for consultation.
Wholesaler Broker Mediation
This portion of our service menu is relegated to other licensed wholesale precious metals and coin dealers. Providing market conditions are favorable and personal liquidity is available. Bulk acquisitions or sales to other dealers are available at time sensitive pricing on a case by case basis.

Silver to Gold Exchange Services
Many stackers and collectors have an ultimate goal of owning more Gold than any other metal for their long term portfolio for retirement. While Silver temporarily offers a more rapid appreciation in price, Gold possession is the more stable coveted wealth preserver. Middleton Trust Company can gladly exchange your Silver and or other metals for Gold to help you achieve your objectives. A price quote for your non-gold metals will be issued to you. A total value of the metals you are trading will be totaled in US dollars. We will then offer you our current gold sale price (typically by the ounce) and advise you as to what particular products are available in our inventory at the given time ie. 1 ounce US Gold Eagles, 999, or South African Krugerrand etc. Please be advised premiums will apply to fractional Gold pieces such as 1/10th ounce etc..

Precious Metals and Asset Trading Forum
Although this service is not currently offered. Middleton Trust Company is amassing an inventory of not only stackers and coin collectors but of people who own high ticket items that are willing to accept precious metals as transactional payment for their valuables. Some of the high ticket items that are available will fall under the category of land and real estate, classic cars, construction equipment, and other collectibles to name a few. MTC in the near future will offer a description and possibly pictures of items for sale to be purchased with precious metals. As market volatility continues and the liquidity of the money pipeline stagnates both parties will realize the valuable service of this marketplace to help both parties achieve their goals.
